SportsFactory Foundation, a 501(c)(3)non-profit, and its partner organization, SportsFactoryInc, were founded by Tony McCoy.

Growing up on the south side of Chicago, Tony utilized participation in organized sports as a vehicle for staying focused on achieving success and avoiding some of the challenges of inner city living. 

Upon receiving his degree from Pittsburg State, he returned to Chicago with a goal of creating after school and summer programs that would provide opportunities for participation to as many inner city youth as possible.  

An accomplished businessman and community leader, Tony has dedicated over 26 years to public service.   In addition to managing SportsFactory Foundation and SportsFactoryInc, Mr. McCoy works as a Regional Athletic Director/Athletic Program Administrator with Chicago Public Schools.  Prior to this role he spent over two decades managing programs within Chicago Park District.
